Learning outcomes - skills: making the diagnosis (analysis and evaluation), situations and phenomena that are implicated in the plight of individuals, groups (including groups at risk), the use of methods and techniques of social work - interviewing and relaxed interview, document analysis, observation of behavior and environment and their interpretation, the use of techniques to motivate clients to be active, learn and solve their own problems.
Learning outcomes - social skills: understanding of the nature and meaning of social diagnosis in social work, an understanding of the ethical aspects of diagnosis and social responsibility.
