Registration for Mobility

A student enrolled at a Higher Education Institution which has a valid bilateral agreement with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. The student has to be nominated by home university to study at our university.

Required documents

  • Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
  • Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English
  • Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)
  • Scan of a passport or national ID
  • Learning Agreement for Studies (signed by student and by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)

Deadlines

  • first semester and/or full academic year – 15th June
  • second semester – 15th November

Late applications may be subject to rejection.

It takes up to three weeks for the application to be processed.
