W1. The student knows the basic legal provisions applicable to the work of a psychologist,
W2. The student knows the regulations related to the professional secrecy of a psychologist,
W3. The student knows and understands the scope of legal responsibility of a psychologist
W4. The student knows the basic rights of the patient
W5. The student has knowledge of maintaining and storing documentation regarding professional activities undertaken.

U1. The student is able to indicate the laws and regulations regulating the work of a psychologist in Poland,
U2. The student is able to use in practice the knowledge of the regulations applicable to him,
U3. The student is able to discuss the role of a psychologist in court proceedings (criminal, civil),
U4. The student is able to explain the term professional secrecy, its scope and limitations in the work of a psychologist, refer to the relevant regulations,
U5. The student is able to list the scope of a psychologist's legal responsibility and his/her rights.
