Registration for Traineeship

A student enrolled at a Higher Education Institution which has a valid bilateral agreement with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.

The trainee has to be nominated by home university to study at our University and addmited by the specific Faculty Coordinator for Mobility at NCU before starting the application procedure.

Traineeship programme

The traineeship programme has to be consulted with the home University as well as with the Faculty Coordinator for Mobility at NCU.

Required documents

• Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
• Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English
• Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)
• Scan of a passport or national ID
• Learning Agreement for Traineeship (signed by trainee and by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)

Deadlines

• Specified by Faculty Coordinator for Mobility for each application

Late applications may be subject to rejection.

It takes up to three weeks for the application to be processed.
