Contact hours with teacher: - participation in lectures - 15 hrs - participation in exercices and field exercises - 45 hrs - consultations - 20 hrs Self-study hours: - preparation for lectures, exercices and field exercises - 30 hrs - reading literature - 15hrs - preparation for project - 30 hrs - preparation for test - 20 hrs Altogether: 175 hrs (7 ECTS)

W1: Defines key concepts and theories related to urban sustainable development K_W01, W2: Student possesses knowledge allowing to characterize the determinants of sustainable development K_W01, W3: Student has knowledge about monitoring the implementation of sustainable development using appropriate indicators K_W01.

U1: Student uses knowledge and data in the field of integrated and sustainable urban development K_U01 K_U03, K_U04, U2: Student analyzes the conditions, strategies and scale of implementation of sustainable development in cities K_U01 K_U03, U3: Student fluently uses scientific literature in the field of sustainable urban development and statistical and mathematical methods for analyzing the implementation of sustainable development K_U01 K_U03, K_U04.

K1: Student is able to work out a compromise based on a holistic approach to sustainable development when an environmental conflict occurs in urban space K_K02, K_K03, K2: Student acquires competences in defining development priorities and global responsibility in order to protect the community good K_K02, K_K03.
