U3: applies procedures related to the management of local and regional development processes based on the knowledge of law, socio-economic conditions and methods of financing development – K_U01, K_U08
U4: is able to propose innovative solutions in the field of spatial management based on the acquired knowledge and own creativity, can set up and run own business - K_U11, K_U15
U5: fluently speakes a modern foreign language (English) while leading a conversation and reads professional literature, reports while studying – K_U09
