5. Individual applications to the European Court of Human Rights, focusing on the legal basis of the mechanism, admissibility criteria, procedural conduct, and possible outcomes.
6. The challenges facing international mechanisms and the efforts to reform procedures to enhance their effectiveness.
7. Practical preparation of an application to the European Court of Human Rights.
