(po angielsku) W1: students have in-depth theoretical knowledge of the major disciplines, enabling research work and practical activities in the field of biology, K_W01, K_W02, K_W03, K_W04, K_W05, K_W06, K_W07, K_W15 W2: students define a research task or problem and selects appropriate experimental methods to solve them, K_W09, K_W10, K_W11, W3: students know specialist terminology and English to the extent necessary to use current specialist literature in the field of study, K_W016, W4: students know examples of practical applications of computational methods using appropriate IT tools, K_W08, K_W12 W5: students have knowledge of how to prepare presentations, reports, studies and manuscripts within the scope of the subject of the master's thesis, K_W12, K_W13 W6: students know the basics of the methodology of constructing a diploma thesis and the methods and techniques necessary to complete the task set by the topic of the thesis, K_W03, K_W15, W7: students know the principles of ethics and is convinced of the need to follow them in future professional work K_W14, W8: students know the basic principles of occupational safety applicable when conducting scientific research - K_W17 W9: students know the principles of creating forms of individual entrepreneurship - K_W18

(po angielsku) U1: students use known research methods and techniques in the procedure of carrying out their own experimental task, K_U02, K_U03, K_U06, K_U07, K_U08, K_U10 U2: use book sources and scientific journals, both in Polish and English, available in paper and electronic form, K_U09, K_U12 U3: use statistical methods and specialist bioinformatics tools to analyze and interpret data and describe the obtained experimental results, K_U01, K_U04 U4: acquire, integrate, interpret and critically evaluate obtained data and information from various sources, as well as draw conclusions and formulate and comprehensively justifie opinions on a given topic, K_U09, K_U07, U7: independently prepares a study of the results of their experimental work, critically discusses them and presents them during oral presentations, K_U14, K_U15 U8: identifie their own interests, independently plan their intellectual development and support in this area other K_U16 U9: adhere to ethical principles K_U13
