(po angielsku) W1 - identifies and explains relations among elements of the inanimate systems and living organisms -K_W01, K_ W04; W2 - defines concepts and terms related to basic physical phenomena -K_W01, K_ W11; W3- knows selected physical methods of study the functioning of living organisms and their application in biological research- K_W04, K_W05, K_W15, K_W23; W4 - describes and explains physical phenomena occurring in organisms - K_W04, K_W06; W5 - identifies and explains relations among the environment, living organisms and human health- K_W08, K_W09; W6-takes advantage of fundamental knowledge of statistics at the basic level that allows describing natural phenomena – K_W11; W7-describes the rules of preparing research reports, diploma theses and publications - K_W20; W8- knows basic terms in English in the field of biophysics - K_W21.

(po angielsku) U1 - applies knowledge of the basics of physics in the description of biological phenomena - K_U01; U2- selects adequate methodology to solve research or practical problems - K_U01, K_U03, K_U04, K_U10; U3 - takes advantage the basic statistical methods to describe biophysical phenomena and data analysis - K_U06; U4 - is able to use the computer to search for information on organizing and analyzing data, preparing reports and presenting results-K_ U07, K_ U21; U5 - assesses hazard to human health and life - K_ U08; U6 - combines information from various sources in order to verify the existing opinions and hypotheses - K_ U12, K_ U14, K_ U16; U7- prepares short scientific reports in English following general standards of writing research papers - K_ U13, K_ U21; U8 - is able to conduct simple observations and measurements in the laboratory - K_ U10; K_ U15; U9 - presents in public the results of individual and team work K_ U22;
