(po angielsku) Student W1: has basic knowledge of skin anatomy and histology and identifies the layers of the skin W2: possesses knowledge of the interaction of the skin with the nervous, endocrine and immune systems W3: possesses knowledge of potential of medical use of light W4: is familiar with the methods of skin photoprotection W5: possesses knowledge of positive and negative effects of skin exposured to UV W6: has advanced knowledge of photoimmunology and its medical aspects W7: possesses knowledge of physical, chemical and physiological basis of the influence of light radiation on chemical substances, cells, tissues (especially the skin) and the human body

(po angielsku) Student U1: has the ability to identify the active ingredients of sunscreens U2: has basic skills in UV-induced damages of the skin analysis U3: can explain the mechanisms of damages induced by UV radiation U4: has basic skills in in vitro cell cultures (normal and pathological skin cell lines) U5: can explain the mechanism of natural protective mechanisms of skin against UV radiation (immediate and delayed tanning) U6: has basic skills in using dermatoscope U7: is able to pose a research problem and critically analyze scientific publications in the field of the impact of UV radiation on the skin

(po angielsku) Student K1: understands the significance of skin photoprotection K2: identifies the negative effects of UV radiation on the skin K3: understands the need for educate the society how to protect the skin against UV radiation K4: understands the significance of proper vitamin D serum level K5: is able to work in a multi-specialist team solving scientific and practical problems in the field of photobiology of the skin.
