Module 2: Deception and its detection (online course on MS Teams, Tuesdays, 3 pm-4.30 pm)
This module aims to present the current state of scientific knowledge about deception and methods of its detection. The main theories and results of the most important research in the field will be presented. Classes will also include elements of workshops, during which students will have the opportunity to test their beliefs about cues to deception and veracity assessment skills.

Kryteria oceniania
The course consists of two modules. Each of the modules has its assignments and requirements, and in each of the modules, Students may achieve a maximum of 15 points. Students must achieve a minimum of 8 points on each of the modules to fulfill the course requirements. The sum of the points from both modules transfers into the final grade as follows:
Total Course Score = Grade
16 - 18 = 3.0
19 - 21 = 3.5
22 - 24 = 4.0
25 - 27 = 4.5
28 - 30 = 5.0
