U1:. gather the vital information, nursing diagnosis formulation, determining care plan and care goals, care evaluation and implementing nursing intervention (K_D.U01) U2:. recognise the various conditioning responsible for patient’s health maintenance, depending on their age and health condition (K_D.U02) U3: consults the patients various ages and health conditions on the subject of self-care ( in regards to developmental defects, illnesses and addictions ) (K_D.U03) U4:. motivates the patient and their carers to join social support groups (K_D. Content : students will be expected to familiarise themselves with ward topography, main daily tasks and nursing duties, as well, as nursing files and individual patient’s medical record.
