Classes are conducted in the form of lectures and exercises. The lectures cover issues related to the anatomy of the pelvic floor and its detailed assessment - physiotherapeutic examination. The specificity of proctological problems during pregnancy will be explained.
Indications and contraindications to the use of urogynecological physiotherapy treatments will be discussed.
The exercises are devoted to teaching the selection and implementation of particular techniques in the field of urogynecological physiotherapy, such as massage, joint, muscle and soft tissue mobilizations, neuromobilizations, exercises and relaxation training.
