W cyklu 2024/25:
Przedmiot realizowany w formie wykładów i ćwiczeń. Studenci przystępujący do zajęć posiadają wiedzę z anatomii i fizjologii narządu ruchu i fizjologii wysiłku, kinezjologii, biomechaniki oraz klinicznych podstaw fizjoterapii. Znają zasady BHP obowiązujące w oddziale reumatologii. Wykłady mają za zadanie przedstawienie najczęstszych jednostek chorobowych w reumatologii, ich etiologii i leczenia. Na wykładach zostanie zwrócona uwaga na oddziaływanie kinezyterapii na poszczególne układy organizmu oraz etapy terapii w reumatologii. Ćwiczenia poświęcone są nauczeniu doboru i wykonania ćwiczeń kinezyterapeutycznych w zaburzeniach narządu ruchu z uwzględnieniem aktualnego stanu pacjenta i wykluczeniem przeciwwskazań do terapii

Całkowity nakład pracy studenta

U1: conduct a detailed examination for the needs of physiotherapy and functional tests of the musculoskeletal system and record and interpret its results; D.U1
U2: perform a biomechanical analysis in the field
of simple and advanced human movements in normal conditions and in dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system D.U2
U3: perform functional tests useful in rheumatology, such as assessing the degree of joint damage and deformation, hand function and locomotion in patients with rheumatological diseases D.U8
U9: plan, select - depending on the patient's clinical and functional condition, physiotherapy treatments in patients with rheumatological diseases, diseases of muscle attachments, degenerative and proliferative changes in joints and limitations in the range of motion or extra-articular pain syndromes of rheumatic origin D.U9
U10 perform verticalization and learning to walk patients with rheumatological diseases, as well as functional improvement of the hand in rheumatoid disease D.U 10
U11 instruct patients with rheumatological diseases in the field of exercises at home, how to use medical devices, including those that improve the gripping function D.U11

Metody dydaktyczne

- information lecture (using distance learning techniques and tools)
- case studies (using distance learning techniques and tools)
Tutorials:
- exercises at the patient's bedside with improving the learning of subjective and physical examination
- case study with the evaluation of the results of additional tests, including laboratory tests (e.g. immunological and genetic tests) and imaging tests (e.g. X-rays, CT and MRI)
- observation
- participation in the medical report and medical visit
- participation in tests and procedures performed in an ultrasound laboratory
Wymagania wstępne
(po angielsku) The student should have basic knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the osteoarticular system, pathophysiology and pathomorphology of diseases of the osteoarticular system.
