Biomedyczne podstawy fizjoterapii: Biomechanika stosowana i ergonomia 1855-F2-BSIE-SJ

The subject is carried out in the form of lectures and exercises.
The lecture will discuss:
- - historical outline, goals and tasks of biomechanics
- physical bases: physical quantities in mechanics; Newton's laws of translational and rotational dynamics; mass center and its determination
- parameters of the human movement system, levers in the human body, kinematic pair, kinematic chain, biomechanism
- bone and joint biomechanics
- basics of ergonomics
TUTORIALS:
- - physical basics of biomechanics - vectors operations, torque, determination of moments of forces, solving problems based on the principles of dynamics, overloading
- - determination of structural and geometrical parameters of the motion system
- - determination of the mass center- analitycal methods (determination MC in anatomical posture)
- - joints: elbow, shoulder, hip, knee - determination of muscle forces moments, estimation of muscle tension forces and loads in static conditions, analysis of spinal loads

1. Obligatory hours carried out with the participation of the teacher: - lectures - 5 h (0,2 ECTS) - tutorials - 15 h (0,5 ECTS) 20 h = 0,7 ECTS 2. Preparation for tutorials, homework - 5 h = 0,15 ECTS 3. Preparation for final test – 5 h = 0,15 ECTS Total student workload: 30 h = 1 ECTS
