The lecture introduces students to the issues of contemporary health threats, with particular emphasis on the skills in marketing and management in healthcare.
Seminars are dedicated to acquiring practical skills in mix- marketing and basic management types, as well as conflict solving.
Lecture:
1. Basics of marketing.
2. Elements of mix-marketing.
3. Basics of management.
4. Organizational structures.

1.Workload related to the activities requiring the direct participation of academic teachers is:
- participation in lectures: 10 hours
- participation in seminars: 5 hours
The workload related to the activities requiring the direct participation of academic teachers is 15 hours, which corresponds to 0.6 ECTS points.
2. Student workload:
- time devoted to individual work: 5 hours

U2 – differentiate types and causes of conflict, and choose efficient conflict solving methods (B.U12)
