1. During the course, the student get the following skills:
Using Literature Databases, Performing basic mathematical calculations, solving content-based tasks, reading and understanding the messages of computer programs.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and OpenOffice.
3. Using MS Word as a text editor: basic and advanced text editing techniques: font editing, paragraphs, styles, page layout, text sorting, inserting bullets, header, footer, macros, line spacing, references - table of contents, footnotes, inserting tables and their formatting - edges, content alignment, etc., text direction, text alignment, page break, inserting a page number, writing symbols and mathematical equations, inserting graphic elements, cooperation with other MS Office programs.
4. Basic calculations in MS Excel program - creating databases, charts, pivot tables, creating equations. Data entry, charting, chart types, chart editing, basic functions - i.e. sum, average, minimum, maximum etc., sorting data, editing data in cells, saving data, formatting cells, splitting and locking windows, conditional formatting, list developed, data consolidation.
5. Basic calculations in MS Excel - creating databases, charts, pivot tables, creating equations. Entering data, creating graphs of various types, editing graphs, basic mathematical functions - ie. Sum, average, minimum, maximum, etc., sorting data, editing data in cells, saving data, formatting cells, dividing and locking windows, conditional formatting, list developed, data consolidation.

Kryteria oceniania
Verification of the learning outcomes achieved by the student will take place through crediting:
• active participation and preparation for classes,
• mastering the material realized during lectures and exercises.
• preparation of evaluation work
Checking skills and social competences will take place by careful observation of the student's activities while performing practical tasks.
To pass the course, it is necessary to attend lectures and classes. The student must independently perform the practical tasks provided for the classes in accordance with the instructor's instructions, pass a practical test or prepare a evaluation work.
In the case of practical tasks, grades are ranked according to the following scale:

Very good: the student has mastered the knowledge of the entire material, presents it in a logical and systematic manner, knows practical applications.
Good plus: the student has mastered the knowledge of the entire material, presents it in a consistent and logical manner
Good: the student has mastered the knowledge of most of the material, presents it in a logical way, guided by the academic teacher, can formulate accurate conclusions.
Sufficient plus: the student has mastered the minimum curriculum, knows the basic issues and understands the questions asked, presents knowledge in a logical way.
Sufficient: the student has mastered the minimum curriculum, knows the basic issues and understands the questions asked, presents knowledge inconsistently, is unable to apply it in practice.
Insufficient: the student has not mastered the minimum curriculum, does not know the basic issues and does not understand the questions asked.
