FULL DESCRIPTION
The lecture introduces students to the issues of contemporary health threats, with particular emphasis on the skills in advising, organizing and managing assistance in solving problems related to broadly understood health education. Its aim is to prepare students to use both theoretical and practical knowledge of humanities in the field of health education and teaching.

1.The workload related to the activities requiring the direct participation of academic teachers is:
- participation in lectures: 10 hours
- consultation: 3 hours
- completion of assignments: 2 hours
The workload related to the activities requiring the direct participation of academic teachers is 15 hours, which corresponds to 0.5 ECTS points.

W1: student explains the basic concepts of pedagogy - education, learning, upbringing (B.W6: In terms of knowledge, the graduate knows and understands the basic issues of pedagogy and special education
W2: student knows the basics and conditions of health education (B.W12 In terms of knowledge, the graduate knows and understands the principles of health education and health promotion as well as elements of social policy regarding health protection)
