Good data visualization is crucial because it transforms complex data into a clear, accessible format that enables quicker comprehension, better decision-making, and more effective communication. Visualization highlights key trends, patterns, and outliers, making the data more intuitive and actionable for the audience. Effective visualization also enhances storytelling, making the data and information more memorable and persuasive.
The aim of the seminars is to present:
- methods of data visualization,
- common errors in data visualization,
- basic visualization and data mining techniques
- principles of slide design and presentation,
- rules for selecting the appropriate chart.
The seminars will include analysis of sample data using MS Excel or other software. |
