The seminar (prepared by the students) is aimed to acquaint them with the theory behind liver transplantation (indications, patient preparation, the surgery itself and postoperative management). It is supplemented by additional remarks and discussion by the teachers.

The tutorials will be devoted to working with trans plant recipients and patients undergoing preparation for surgery; the will consist of case file analysis and the discussion of possible clinical scenarios.
