Explains the pathogenesis and symptomatology of urinary tract diseases and hypertension (E.W7) W3. Explains the causes of water-electrolyte and acid-base disorders (E.W7) W4. Lists the diagnostic methods used in the diagnosis of diseases of the urinary system and hypertension (E.W40) W5. Plans diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in diseases of the urinary system, hypertension and water-electrolyte and acid-base disorders (E.W7)

(po angielsku) U1. Can conduct a medical history of a patient with diseases of the urinary tract, arterial hypertension (E.U1) U2. Can conduct a targeted physical examination of a patient with urinary tract diseases and hypertension (E.U3) U3. Can perform differential diagnosis of diseases of the urinary system and hypertension (E.U12) U4. Is able to recognize and treat life-threatening conditions in the course of acute kidney damage, chronic kidney disease, water-electrolyte and acid-base disorders (E.U14) U5. Can plan diagnostic tests (including kidney biopsy) as well as treatment and prophylaxis in the most common diseases of the urinary system and hypertension (E.U16) U6. Can give indications for dialysis (E.U16) U7. Can adjust drug doses depending on glomerular filtration in patients with urinary tract diseases (E.U17) U8: Can perform non-invasive blood pressure measurement (E.U29) U9. Can write a case report of a patient with a nephrological disease (E.U38) U10. Can interpret ECG changes in the course of hyperkalemia (E.U14) U11. Able to assess fluid balance in a patient with acute or chronic renal failure and nephrotic syndrome (E.U3) U12. Can describe the side effects of the main groups of drugs used in the treatment of hypertension and the interactions between them (E.U17)
