W cyklu 2023/24:
Wykłady mają na celu zdobycie wiedzy z zakresu rozpoznawania i leczenia chorób urologicznych i andrologicznych. Seminaria mają na celu zdobycie oraz utrwalenie wiedzy na temat planowania diagnostyki, rozpoznawania oraz leczenia chorób urologicznych i andrologicznych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stanów nagłych, kamicy układu moczowego oraz schorzeń onkologicznych w urologii i andrologii. Ćwiczenia poświęcone są nabyciu umiejętności praktycznych z zakresu badania podmiotowego oraz przedmiotowego, umiejętności zaplanowania diagnostyki, rozpoznania oraz zaplanowania leczenia chorób z zakresu urologii oraz andrologii z uwzględnieniem metod endoskopowych oraz laparoskopowych.

(po angielsku) W1: Discusses the causes, symptoms, principles of diagnosis and therapeutic procedures in relation to the most common kidney and urinary tract diseases, including: acute and chronic renal failure, glomerular and renal interstitial diseases, renal cysts, nephrolithiasis, urinary tract infections and urinary tract cancers. urinary tract, in particular bladder cancer and kidney cancer, tumors of the adrenal cortex and medulla, testicles and penis (E.W7.).
W2: Discusses the causes, symptoms, principles of diagnosis and therapeutic procedures in relation to the most common diseases of the prostate gland, in particular cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia and erectile dysfunction, taking into account knowledge about contraindications and side effects of drugs used as well as contraindications and complications of treatments (E.W7 .).
W3: Discusses the causes, symptoms, principles of diagnosis and therapeutic procedures in relation to water-electrolyte and acid-base disorders: states of dehydration, states of overhydration, electrolyte disorders, acidosis and alkalosis (E.W7.).
W4: Describes the causes, symptoms, principles of diagnosis and therapeutic procedures in relation to the most common diseases requiring urological intervention, taking into account the specificity of childhood, in particular emergency conditions in urology (F.W1.).
W5: Discusses the principles of perioperative safety, patient preparation for surgery, general and local anesthesia and controlled sedation (F.W4.).
W6: Discusses postoperative treatment, including analgesic therapy and postoperative monitoring (F.W5.).

(po angielsku) U1: Plans diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive procedures for urological diseases (E.U16.).
U2: Interprets laboratory tests and identifies the causes of their deviations in urological diseases (E.U24.).
U3: Is able to assess indications and contraindications to perform suprapubic puncture and participates in its performance (F.U23.).
U4: Is able to discuss the course of endoscopic procedures in urology and assists during such procedures (diagnostic and therapeutic) (E.U24.).
U5: Discusses the goals and course of open and laparoscopic procedures in general and oncological urology and assists during such procedures (E.U24.).
U6: Is able to discuss the goals and course of procedures in the field of andrology and urology using ultrasound (prostate biopsy, kidney biopsy, nephrostomy, lithotripsy) (F.U24.).
