Understanding the basics of immunology, pathophysiology and pathomorphology of primary and secondary immune deficiencies and other selected immune diseases. Understanding the immunological mechanisms underlying allergic diseases, genetics of allergic diseases, allergens and the influence of environmental factors on the development and course of allergic diseases. Understanding the pathophysiology, pathomorphology and course of allergic diseases.
The exercises are devoted to: Improving the art of subjective and subject research. Learning the principles of diagnosis and treatment of immune deficiencies and other selected immune diseases. Keeping medical records. Mastering the skills of diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment of patients with allergic diseases. Getting to know the symptomatology and differentiation of allergic diseases and immune deficiencies. Acquiring the ability to provide first aid to patients in life-threatening conditions due to allergic diseases, in particular in asthmatic status and anaphylactic shock.
Transferred skills and tasks of the student during the exercises:
1. Physical and physical examination of a patient with allergic disease
2. Physical and physical examination of an immunodeficient patient.
3. Medical and medical documentation - its types and principles of proper conduct, methods and sources of obtaining information
4. Diagnosis of allergic and immunological diseases
5 Symptomatology of allergic diseases: asthma, COPD, allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, urticaria and angioedema, atopic and contact eczema, food allergy, allergies to drugs and contrast agents.
6. Rules for dealing with anaphylactic shock.
7. Demonstration by the assistant of the correct performance of medical activities. Supervision over activities performed independently by the student. Discussion and discussion of medical problems encountered.

For the implementation of the subject, it is necessary to master the diagnosis of internal diseases and the basics of immunology.
The condition for participation in the exercises is to pass the entrance test in the field of diagnosis of internal diseases at a minimum of 60%
