2. Types of fetal damage. Drug categories.
3. Pain relief in pregnancy. Antibiotic therapy of pregnant women. Pharmacotherapy of selected diseases in pregnancy. The effect of individual drugs on lactation.
4. Childbirth anesthesia.

Wymagania wstępne
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the principles of pharmacotherapy in pregnant women. The topic of treatment of pregnant women is a relatively difficult issue that requires more detailed description. In clinical practice, treating pregnant women brings with it a lot of concern among novice doctors. The lectures will focus on the selection of drugs in selected diseases in pregnancy, side effects, potential harm to the fetus, safe drugs in pregnancy, absolutely contraindicated drugs and the mechanisms of action of individual drugs.
