Presentation and discussion of the most common pathological symptoms reported by patients and their correct interpretation in order to determine the cause of the illness. In addition, the aim of the course is to master the basics of physical examination of the patient and analysis of any deviations and the ability to independently conduct a detailed medical history with the patient. During the course the student should acquire the ability to correctly analyze the basic results of laboratory and imaging tests.

E.W1. knows the environmental and epidemiological conditions of the most common diseases;
E.W7. Signs and concept of treatment, symptoms, principles of diagnosis and therapeutic treatment in relation to the most common pathological symptoms presented in adult patients:
a) symptoms of heart disease, differentiation and de-stressing of the arteries, symptoms of the disease,
b) symptoms of heart disease, breathing, breathing, hunger, breathing, illness, lung diseases, lung diseases, lung diseases, lung diseases,
c) symptoms of heart disease, dysphagia, heartburn, upper and lower gastrointestinal bleeding, characteristic abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, jaundice, palpation of the abdominal cavity.
e) symptoms of the genitourinary system: painful urination, polyuria, hematuria, proteinuria, scientific alliance, external genitalia.
f) analysis of the hematological parameters cycle
h) head and neck examination
i) examination of the skeletal system
j) examination of critically ill patients

E.W38. knows the theoretical and practical background of laboratory diagnostics;
E.W39. knows and understands the possibilities and limitations of laboratory tests in emergency situations;

E.U29. performs basic procedures and medical procedures, including:
body temperature measurement, heart rate measurement, non-invasive blood pressure measurement,
E.U30. Assists in the following procedures and medical procedures:
transfusion of blood and blood products

The condition for passing the subject is the positive passing of exercises and seminars - presence on all classes.
Verification of the learning outcomes achieved by the student:
Continuous assessment (current preparation of the student for classes).
