(po angielsku) Student knows and understands: W1 – legal regulations concerning patient rights and the Patient Rights Ombudsman as well as legal regulations important in the field of medical activity in the field of labor law, the basics of practicing the medical profession and the functioning of the medical self-government (G.W5) W2 – legal regulations concerning medical confidentiality, criminal, civil and professional liability of a physician, principles of maintaining, storing and sharing medical documentation, including e-documentation, and personal data protection (G.W.12) W3 – legal regulations concerning the provision of information concerning the patient's health during life and after death, taking into account the scope of information, the circle of persons authorized to obtain information and the principles of its provision to other persons, as well as limitations on the scope of information provided (G.W.20)
