(po angielsku) Contact hours with teacher: 20 np. - participation in lectures 20 hrs Self-study hours: 40 hrs np. - preparation for lectures – 10 hrs - reading literature- 20 hrs - preparation for test- 10 hrs Altogether: 60 hrs (2 ECTS)

(po angielsku) Student W1: has general knowledge on victimology as a scientific discipline W2: possesses knowledge about either different types of victims of crime or aspects of victimization process W3: is familiar with the needs (including long-term needs) of victims of crime W4: is acquainted with legal regulations concerning the assistance to persons injured by crimes (victims of crime), including compensation solutions

(po angielsku) Student U1: has the ability to see possible roles of a victim in a drama of criminal act U2: is capable of identification of various victim – offender interactions U3: has basic skills in indication of legal instruments showing victims forms of expression in criminal proceedings U4: can explain sources of victimological situations

(po angielsku) Student K1: understands the significance of victim rights in criminal matters K2: understands the need for developing of legal instruments fulfilling, in a proper way, important expectations of victims K3: is ready to identify needs of various types of victims K4: is aware of legal guarantees for victims K5: identifies possibilities to set up VOM (victim-offender mediation) and restorative justice K6: can work with institutions (eg. non-governmental organizations) dealing with assistance to victims
