Contemporary challenges of Polish labour law 1300-OG-PLL-KPP

(po angielsku) Contact hours with teacher: - participation in lectures - 20 hrs - consultations - 10 hrs Self-study hours: - preparation for lectures - 30 hrs - preparation of written tasks and/or oral presentations on particular topics - 40 hrs - reading literature- 50 hrs Altogether: 150 hrs (6 ECTS)

(po angielsku) W1: has basic knowledge of various institutions of Polish labour law and the changes they have undergone (are undergoing) under the influence of international and EU standards applicable in this field W2: knows the English language terminology referring to labour law W3: is familiar with the challenges faced by the national legislator when adapting labour law to international and EU standards

(po angielsku) U1: is able to correctly apply legal provisions in the field of labour law to resolve simple employment cases U2: is capable of analysing simple factual and legal situations in specific labour cases and propose appropriate solutions to them U3: has skills in expressing his/her opinions on the issues raised during the lecture

(po angielsku) K1: understands the significance of international and EU standards concerning employment relationships and their impact on national labour law K2: understands the need for implementation of international and UE standards in the national labour law K3: is well prepared for discussions on contemporary challenges of the labour law
