U1: is capable of performing an adequate analysis of the origins and forming process of legal measures concerning international cooperation in environmental matters, has the ability to present his/her own opinions on this subject and to form basic scholarly hypotheses and to verify them accordingly
U2: has the ability to use his/her acquired knowledge of international environmental law for different purposes and to critically analyse its effectiveness and purposefulness in practice
