Human rights, pluralism and cultural diversity in Europe 1300-OG-HR-FS

(po angielsku) Contact hours with teacher: - participation in lectures - 15 hrs - consultations- 5 hrs Self-study hours: - preparation for lectures and discussions - 10 hrs - writing essays/ papers/ projects- 10 hrs - reading literature- 10 hrs Altogether: 50 hrs ( 2 ECTS)

(po angielsku) K_W03 - student acquires detailed knowledge about specific relations between international and domestic legal systems; K_W04 - student acquires in-dept knowledge of legal langue, as well as the knowledge of specific legal concepts of human rights law (especially with regard to relations between democracy, human rights and their evolving interpretations); K_W05 - student acquires detailed knowledge about subjects/actors of legal relations, how these relations are shaped; a deepened knowledge about human beings as subjects of these relations.

(po angielsku) K_U01 - student is able to analyze and interpret different phenomenons in the domain of juridical sciences (specifically, a student is able to use acquired knowledge to critically analyze and present opinion concerning specific legal problems emerging from cultural diversity); K_U03 - student is able to analyze methods of dealing with specific problems and case-studies; K_U05- student is able to identify, interpret and apply legal norms (both international human rights standards, and domestic provisions) in order to resolve specific cases.

(po angielsku) K_K01 - student is aware of his/her own knowledge and competences; student is able to continue self-study and deepen his/her knowledge using interdisciplinary and comparative tools, in order to improve future professional career;
