(po angielsku) Student knows the basics of contract law in foreign countries; The fundamental principles of contract law such as freedom of contract are familiar to him; Student has knowledge on the formation of contract, interpretation of contract, defects of consent and breach of contract in German, French, common law and in the systems of law of participants of this course.

(po angielsku) Student: 1. knows how to make a contract 2. knows how to interpret the declaration of will 3. knows how to execute contractual obligations 4. knows the consequences of various defects of consent 5. is able to compare different solutions in various legal systems 6. has knowledge about the history of contract law

(po angielsku) Student: 1. knows how to make, interpret and enforce a contract, 2.is capable to advise other people how to make a contract

(po angielsku) The lecture is held in the form of discussion.The lecturer prepares topics for discussion, gives materials to students to read at home and then leads discussion.
