National and European law in the context of migration: comparative study and international practice and experiences implemented at the University Legal Clinics 1300-NECM-BIP
The main aim of the course is to develop legal communication skills and foster student collaboration and teamwork in international context. By participation in the course students gain a deepened understanding of the legal conditions that exist in European countries. By working on topics relevant to migrants and problems which they face in countries of residence, students will develop their ability in team working. They will also have a chance to familiarise themselves with laws and the legal traditions of their countries and in that way effectively increase their capabilities in using English in practice. The course is intend to bring together mainly students involved in legal clinics at universities.

In order to successfully complete the course students will have to: participate actively in online classes, overview cases to study, prepare a legal solutions and information, and participate actively in physical component.
Transcript of records will be issued by the coordinating institution. In order to include the credits in the curriculum at the home institution, participants need a learning agreement with the responsible person at the home institution.
