(po angielsku) 1/ contact hours (lecture) - 20 h 2/ getting knowledge of English professional terminology - 50 h; 2/ analyses of the European judgments concerning human rights violations - 50 h 3/ writing an essay upon the basis of the analysed judgment - 30 h ______________________________ 150 h = 6 ECTS

(po angielsku) K_WO2 - the student has a full orientation concerning the structure and principles of the European system of the human rights protection; K_W03 - the student has the knowledge concerning the interrelations between the European organizations as far as their activity for human rights protection is concerned; K_W04 - the student is familiar with the English professional terminology concerning the topic; K_W05 - the student acquires knowledge concerning the idea of human rights and the importance of the international protection in the field; K_W0 - the student is familiar with the specificity of the European judgments concerning human rights violations and their domestic impact.

(po angielsku) K_U02 - the student is able to interpret the European standards in the filed of human rights protection and deal professionaly with the European documents on the human rights protection; K_U06 - the student can make the critical analyses both of the European normative standards and the case-law; K_U09 - the student is able to write comments concerning the particular issues, e.g. the dissenting opinions for the European judgments.

(po angielsku) K_K01 - the student is aware about the necessity of continuation of his/her further education; K_K07 - the student is prepared for competent discussions concerning the European protection of human rights.
