- participation in lectures - 30 hours

W1: has basic knowledge in the area of History of Climate
W2: possesses knowledge about relationship between Climate and economy, culture and everyday life in the period from the 10th to the 18th centuries;
W3: possesses knowledge about crucial transformations of European Civilization in th 10th to the 18th centuries.
W4: is familiar with basic terms related to the methods of climate reconstructions
W5: is acquainted with basic knowledge about the functioning of societies in the changeable climatic circumstancies in that period.

U1: is able to indicate the main reasons for the period of crisis periods and development periods in Europe from the 10th to 18th centuries
U2: is capable of ordering of the most important facts of relationship between climate and historical events
U3: has basic skills in enumerating the main weather phenomena that influenced on quality of life in Europe
U4: can analyse the mechanism of adaptation of society to the environmental circumstances
