The classes will include both theoretical and practical aspects of diversity and inclusion is sports and leisure. Main topics covered during the course:

- Sex and Gender Issues in Sport
- Women in sport (title IX)
- Women's Sport Media Coverage
- Including Persons of all Mental and Physical Abilities
- Effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs
- Designing and delivering diversity training

Assessment criteria:
2/fail - [0%-50%] of the possible number of points,
3/satisfactory - [50%-60%] of the possible number of points,
3+/satisfactory plus - [60%-70%] of the possible number of points,
4/good - [70%-80%] of the possible number of points,
4+/good plus - [80%-90%] of the possible number of points,
5/very good - [90%-100%] of the possible number of points.
Praktyki zawodowe
Applies to the 1155-GO1 program (Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree The GOvernance & Administration of Leisure and Sports International Master (GOALS): participation in at least 3 sports/leisure events (speedway, basketball, track and field competitions and others), based on which a matrix of relations should be created in the context of (a) organizational, (b) cultural, (c) impact on the external environment of actors of sports organizations.
Number of hours: 8h (sports events) + 17h creation of a matrix of relations.
