Process Management 1155-12-M21-0-ProMan
This course exposes you to “process thinking”. As you engage with the course you will become aware of how business processes are around you everywhere, and the key role they play both in your personal and professional life as you provide and consume products and services.
You will be encouraged to search, discuss and share your knowledge on Process Management, then you will prepare a solution to one process flow problem and present it as teamwork.
We will look at the variety of business examples, the students will meet business practitioners: Mr Andrzej Redo (Business Development Manager at AECOM Polska Sp. z o.o, based in Warsaw) and Ms Zofia Mróz (Marketing Manager for Hasbro in Asia, based in Hong Kong) and have an opportunity to discuss the processes in different environments.

3. Implementing Process Changes
4. Quality Assurance and Control
5. Case Studies and Practical Applications
6. Communication and Documentation
7. Final Project Presentation and Review
