W2: Student knows an influence of the external and internal factors on the financial condition of the corporation - K_W05. W3: Student knows the relations and connections between various items of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flows statement of the corporation - K_W04.

(po angielsku) U1: Student can assess and evaluate financial condition of the company - K_U01. U2: Student can calculate, use and evaluate financial ratios in the corporation - K_U03.

(po angielsku) K1: Student critically assesses the need to update the knowledge in corporate finance and is able to cooperate with the experts K_K01. K2: Student evaluates the problems of corporate finance from the sustainable development perspective K_K03. K3: Student develops skills of working in a responsible way K_K03.
