Metody dydaktyczne
(po angielsku) This course is concentrated on inclusive leadership from an international perspective.
The lecture introduces concepts and methodologies that enable students to perform their own analyses and develop adequate solutions.
The skills covered in this course are applicable to managerial problems in an intercultural context. Students know and are able to apply common theoretical concepts about leadership to daily business situations and act accordingly. They develop their own leadership style and ethics to act authentic, productive, and inclusive.
They further identify sources of resistance to change and are capable to organize planned change activities. They understand psychological aspects of change management and can use change management tools according to the project phase requirements.
