(po angielsku) Contact hours with teacher: - participation in lectures - 18 hrs (0,72 ECTS) - participation in exercises – 18 hrs (0,72 ECTS) - study visit with a teacher to an enterprise in HR department – prepare and participation recruitment session 16h (0,64 ECTS) - participation in guest lectures (visiting professor) 10h (0,4 ECTS) - support in education related to scientific activity 10h (0,4 ECTS) - conducting the test: 3 hours (0,12 ECTS) Self-study hours: - preparation for lectures - 18 hrs - writing essays/ papers/ projects- 24 hrs - reading literature- 16 hrs - preparation for test/ examination - 17 hrs Altogether: 150 hrs (6 ECTS)

(po angielsku) W1: The student analyzes individual, group, and institutional behaviors in organizations, identifying their relevance for managing human resources in intercultural contexts. → K_W02 W2: The student evaluates interdependencies that enable building sustainable relationships and cooperation among institutional actors in international HRM. → K_W04 W3: The student critically assesses legal, cultural, and financial conditions influencing international HRM, particularly in dispersed and multicultural teams. → K_W06

(po angielsku) U1: The student applies HRM knowledge to independently solve problems in multicultural and diverse legal-political environments, using a critical approach to their own and others’ perspectives. → K_U01

(po angielsku) K1: The student demonstrates entrepreneurial thinking and acting in the management of intercultural and international teams, fostering innovation and adaptability in HRM practices. → K_K03
