Traditional lectures will be beneficial for imparting factual and theoretical knowledge about psychology and leadership, including explaining concepts, theories, and models.
Group Discussions and Case Studies:
To encourage an understanding of real-world applications of theories, students will take part in group discussions and analyze case studies. This collaborative learning will enhance skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and application of theoretical knowledge.
Training and Simulation Exercises:
These exercises provide hands-on experience, particularly important when studying the application of psychology to leadership. Students can engage in role-playing activities to understand better and navigate psychological dynamics in leadership roles.
