(po angielsku) Contact hours with teacher: - participation in lectures - 18 hrs (0,72 ECTS) - participation in exercises – 18 hrs (0,72 ECTS) - study visit with a teacher to an enterprise and prepare team project (like press conference) 16h (0,64 ECTS) - participation in guest lectures (visiting professor) 8h (0,32 ECTS) - conducting the test: 2,5 hours (0,10 ECTS) Self-study hours: - preparation for lectures - 16 hrs - writing essays/ papers/ projects- 24 hrs - reading literature- 10 hrs - preparation for test/ examination - 12,5 hrs Altogether: 125 hrs (5 ECTS)

(po angielsku) W1: The student analyzes individual, group, and institutional communication behaviors in organizations, particularly in intercultural contexts, and explains their influence on effective leadership communication. → K_W02

(po angielsku) U1: The student applies knowledge to independently address communication-related challenges in multicultural professional environments, critically evaluating their own and others’ perspectives. → K_U01 U2: The student prepares and delivers clear, structured, and engaging oral presentations in both their native language and English (B2), tailoring the message to interdisciplinary contexts and diverse stakeholders. → K_U04
