(po angielsku) W1: The student knows, understands and considers – from the perspective of management theory – the idea, goals and conditions of a value creation - K_W02, K_W04. W2: The student knows, understands and considers – from the perspective of management theory – the principles, tools and methods of value creation, regarding distribution of the created value for shareholders and stakeholders - K_W08.

(po angielsku) U1: The student knows how to use tools and measures of company valuation, as well as value creation - K_U01, K_U02. U2: The student is able to identify and use the proper actions supporting value creation by the company - K_U06.

(po angielsku) K1: The student develops and applies the tools of collecting information to take effective decisions - K_K01. K2: The student develops creative solutions to the problems of the value creation by the company - K_K02.
