W2: knows how the experimentally measured properties can be calculated via ab initio quantum calculations
W3: is familiar with new directions in quantum chemistry
W4: is acquainted with working principles of quantum chemistry

U1: is capable of selecting proper quantum theory and computer program to solve a selected spectroscopic problem
U2: is capable of using the most important quantum chemistry programs, including high-performance computer clusters
U3: knows how to manage and process output files from various quantum chemistry programs
U4: can analyse the differences between experimentally driven data and theoretical predictions, including their accuracy

K1: understands the significance and importance of quantum mechanics in daily life
K2: can tackle any scientific and/or engineering problem which can be solved with a help computer programs
K3: is aware of spectroscopic accuracy, which corroborated with theoretical calculations can be applied to industrial problems
K5: is capable of running a large-scale calculation on supercomputers
K6: can communicate and collaborate with both experimental scientists and theoreticians, as well as communicate to a general audience the relevance of spectroscopy and quantum chemistry
