Diseases of fur animals 7100-CHZF-4-SJ

(in Polish) Godziny realizowane z udziałem nauczycieli: 30 godz. (1,2 ECTS) 15 godz. wykładów 15 godz. laboratorium na każdą grupę Czas poświęcony na pracę indywidualną studenta ( 20 godz.) (0,8 ECTS) - przygotowanie do zaliczeń - 10 godz. - praca własna nad opracowaniami - 10 godz. Łącznie: 50 godz. (2 ECTS) (dotyczy Chorób zakaźnych zwierząt futerkowych w obrębie przedmiotu Choroby zwierząt futerkowych).

Has knowledge of infectious diseases of fur animals (bacterial, viral, prion and fungal) and knowledge of the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and control of these diseases. He/she is also familiar with the regulations and authorities supervising infectious diseases of fur animals. He/she is aware of the mechanisms and routes of spread of these diseases, which falls under K_W08, K_W20, K_W23 and K_W33. (Refers to Infectious Diseases of Fur Animals within the course Diseases of Fur Animals)

Knows modern microbiological and immunological methods to identify pathogens causing infectious diseases in fur animals. Knows methods of prevention and eradication of these diseases, which falls under K_U04, K_U11, K_U32, K_U22, K_U07 and K_U11. (applies to Infectious Diseases of Fur Animals within the course Diseases of Fur Animals).

Has knowledge of the risks caused by germs that cause diseases in fur animals. Understands the need for continuing education in this field and is aware of the need to act in accordance with the rules of bioethics and professional ethics, which falls under K_K01, K_K08, K_K06. - Lectures - presentation of information using multimedia resources - Laboratory classes are implemented in the form of 2 conversation lectures from the theoretical part concerning diagnostics of infectious diseases of fur animals (lecturer). In the following 3 laboratory classes, students present papers on infectious diseases and diagnostics of fur animals provided by the lecturer. (Applicable to Infectious Diseases of fur animals within the course Diseases of fur animals)
