Hours carried out with the participation of teachers (hours): - participation in lectures - 0 - participation in exercises – 2 x 30 hours Time spent on the student's individual work (hours): - preparation for exercise - 0 - preparation for colloquia - 0 - consultations and work with an academic teacher - 30 hours Total: 90 hours (2 ECTS)

Learning outcomes - knowledge

W1- the student knows the safety rules during classes and knows the regulations of the sports hall. The student knows the rules of basic games and recreational activities W2 - the student applies the principle of fair play in physical education classes and in everyday life. W3-W3 - knows the importance of games and movement games in the process of education and upbringing and in the promotion of health and healthy lifestyle

Learning outcomes - skills

U1 – the student performs the basic elements of technique and tactics in selected recreational and sports games U2 – the student can conduct warm-up and organize and referee competitions in selected games according to the known system of games. U3 – the student has the ability to provide information about recreational games and activities

K1 – the student has a habit of systematic physical activity K2 – the student actively participates in classes and understands the importance of physical activity for their health. The student promotes motor activity in his environment. K3 – the student actively supports the organization of sports activities at the University, cooperates with teachers / lecturers / in the organization of sports competitions and competitions

No prerequisites for sports preparation. General good health - no medical contraindications. Indicated interest, opening, activity. Student's declaration of the absence of health contraindications to participate in classes.

Assessment criteria

W1 - conversations with students;
passing - the student is able to describe the basics of technique and tactics in recreational games
U1 - observation of the student's activities during games and movement games
passing - the student correctly performs the basic elements of the technique and tactics of the game (p.siatkowa, p.manual, p.koszykowa, floorball, p.foot)
K1 - presence check;
credit - the student must take, justify with sick leave or make up all scheduled classes.
The semester ends with an entry - credit.
