Learning outcomes - knowledge
(in Polish) Student obtains basic knowledge about the nature of climate change in the history of the Earth, especially for the period of the last thousand years.
He knows the potential factors (natural and anthropogenic) determining the contemporary and future climate and its changes.
Is able to assess the direction and pace of climate change and variability in various time and spatial scales.
Has the necessary knowledge to assess the likely consequences of the impact of climate change on the natural environment and the economy.
Learning outcomes - skills
(in Polish) Student is able to use and deepen the acquired knowledge in order to apply it in the analysis of natural processes.
He can practically determine the relationship between climate change and the natural environment.
Has the ability to search, understand, analyze and use the necessary information from basic sources on climate change and its causes.
He uses the acquired knowledge about climate change and its causes to analyze the impact on the natural environment and humans.
Learning outcomes - social competencies
(in Polish) Student understands the need to update his knowledge in the field of climate change and its causes .
Can independently or in a team credibly and reliably assess the consequences of climate change for the natural environment and humans, providing rational solutions.
Is able to properly define priorities for the implementation of a task defined by himself or others.
