U2: on the basis of literature studies and obtained knowledge is able to analyzes and holistically evaluates the spatial development of regions and settlement units, resolving dilemmas and spatial problems, and proposing appropriate solutions in this regard – K_U01, K_U07
U3: applies procedures related to the management of local and regional development processes based on the knowledge of law, socio-economic conditions and methods of financing development – K_U01, K_U08
U4: is able to propose innovative solutions in the field of spatial management based on the acquired knowledge and own creativity, can set up and run own business - K_U11, K_U15
