2) studying terminology, basic notions and concepts of the subject - 50 h;
3) analysis of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights - 50 h

W02 - student has a thorough understanding of the principles and structures of the European system of the protection of human rights
W03 - student has knowledge concerning links between the European organizations in the domain of the protection of human rights;
W04 - student is familiar with the English language terminology concerning the topic;
W05 - student acquires knowledge concerning the idea of human rights and the significance their international protection;
W0 - student is familiar with the leading judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and their domestic impact

U02 - student is able to interpret the European standards in the domain of human rights protection and analyse the European instruments on the subject;
U06 - student can critically approach both the European normative standards and the case-law;
U09 - student is able deliver written comments concerning particular issues in the domain of the protection of human rights
