Theory and methodology of sport training 2600-SIW-TM-1-S1

They will deal with the subject of children's sports training, renewal in training. They will learn the basics of diagnostics in sport and the role of science and research in the process of supporting and controlling training. Familiarization with the process of periodization of sports training. Methods of shaping motor skills.
In the exercises, students learn basic exercises in shaping motor skills. They will carry out exercises in groups (on themselves). They will arrange a training unit for a given motor trait. They will lay out the station circuit.
