Molecular diagnostic tests 2600-S1-CM-MTD
Laboratory classes are devoted to diagnostic techniques using the analysis of nucleic acids and proteins. The following content is covered during the classes:
- validation of analytical and diagnostic methods based on modern diagnostic and research methods,
- analysis of the structure of nucleic acids and basic methods of their isolation, qualitative and quantitative analysis,
- use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR),
- use of basic research methods using antibodies.
